User Account, Password, and Information Security
The administration of Superquality Inc site and application takes all necessary measures to protect and secure all users' data. We only share your personal information such as name, number, and location with third parties such as laundries, banks, or credit card authorization services to facilitate the delivery of services to you, or for security reasons
1. The user shall choose a suitable name when registering on the Superquality Inc. site and application.
2. More than one person may not use the same account on the site or application.
3. The user undertakes to secure the password for her/his entry to Superquality Inc site and application and bears all consequences of its sharing with any other person. يلتزم المستخدم باختيار اسم لائق عند التسجيل على موقع وتطبيق "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc
لا يجوز أنْ يستخدم أكثر من شخص نفس الحساب على الموقع أو التطبيق.
يتعهد المستخدم بتأمين كلمة السر الخاصة بدخوله إلى موقع وتطبيق "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc ويتحمّل كافة عواقب مشاركتها مع أى شخص آخر, وتُخلي إدارة موقع وتطبيق "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc مسؤوليتها تماماً عن مغبة أي تعاملات تتم من خلال استخدام كلمة السر هذه.
تلتزم إدارة موقع وتطبيق "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc عدم مشاركة أو بيع أو تأجير بيانات البطاقات الائتمانية الخاصة بالمستخدمين لأي طرف ثالث.
المستخدم هو الشخص الوحيد المسؤول مسؤولية تامة عن استخدام حسابه, وما يترتَّب عن هذا الاستخدام من آثار, وتُخلى إدارة موقع وتطبيق "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc مسؤوليتها عن أى خسائر, أو أضرار قد تقع على العميل, أو أي طرف آخر من جرّاء استخدام الموقع أو التطبيق, أو العجز عن استخدامهما.
* جمع المعلومات
إدارة و موقع وتطبيق "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc لها الحق في جمع أي معلومات عن المستخدم عند دخوله إلى الموقع أو التطبيق, وتفاعله معه, وتشمل هذه المعلومات ما يلي:
معلومات يُقدّمها المستخدم بنفسه من خلال استكمال استمارة معينة على الموقع أو التطبيق عند التسجيل مثل الاسم والعنوان والبريد الإلكتروني وتاريخ الميلاد ورقم الهاتف, أو أي معلومات أخرى تتعلق بهوية المستخدم.
معلومات كافة العمليات التي يقوم بها المستخدم على الموقع أو التطبيق مثل كلمة المرور الخاصة بالمستخدم, ومكان استخدام الموقع أو التطبيق, وأي معلومات أخرى تتعلق باستخدام التطبيق.
* حقوق العلامات التجارية:
جميع حقوق العلامة التجارية "الجودة الفائقة" Superquality Inc محفوظة لشركة الجودة الفائقة لخدمات التنظيف , ويُحظر حظراً تاماً انتهاكها بأي وسيلة من الوسائل, ويتحمّل المستخدم المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق.
يلتزم المستخدم بإبلاغنا عن أي انتهاك لحقوق العلامة التجارية الخاصة بنا بمجرد علمه بذلك.
